I have two more Maestro Wu knives coming in, a 9 inch Chef knife and a vegetable Cleaver, these are already spoken for and I cannot wait to see them.
Owning one a Maestro Wu is a privilege in my opinion. Like going into a museum, admiring the items from the past and then being able to buy one and take it home and use it. It's a little piece of history right in
your kitchen.
(By the way, I don't make anything from these by the time shipping is paid for and I sharpen them).
